Al Tamayuz Tower is located in a prime location in the city of Riyadh at Cairo Square crossing. The scope of this development project included the conversion and completion of a structure under construction from its previously designated use as core and shell office building into a mix-use hospitality and office facility with retail with full fit-out the hospitality component.

The building consists of ground floor, mezzanine, 5 typical floors, a 6th floor with outdoor terrace and a pool, and a penthouse on 7th floor.  In addition, the building features three basement floors with a capacity of 313 car parking spaces, in addition to building services.

The hospitality section occupies two-thirds of the tower area featuring 95 keys in different configurations – studios, one bedroom, two bedrooms, and presidential suites -managed by Frasers Hospitality. The offices occupy the remaining third of the building. Retail shops are located on the ground floor.
