Grand Park Tower

As a result of the success of the Hessah Al Mubarak District development, AlMutawir was entrusted with the development management of Grand Park Tower. The scope of responsibilities included the formulation of the development brief and associated feasibility studies, all phases of A&E design, permitting and award to contractor; but did not include any tasks involving the actual construction and commissioning of the project.

The tower sits on a unique plot in the master plan with direct open visual and physical access to the Central Park, a 10,000 sqm landscaped zone which acts as the green heart of the development.

The tower consists of 32 residential floors housing 74 residential units, most of which are apartments with an average area of 120  sqm, and a few duplexes with average area of 220 sqm. The residential floors sit on a building base consisting of a podium of 4 levels and one basement, all housing parking as well as building services and amenities.

The total BUA of the project is 28,955 sqm.
