Grand Sea Towers

As a result of the success of the Hessah Al Mubarak District Development, AlMutawir was entrusted with the development management of Grand Sea Tower. AlMutawir scope of responsibilities started with the formulation of the development brief and associated feasibility studies, included all phases of A&E design, permitting and award to contractor; but did not include any tasks involving the actual construction and commissioning of the project.

The project consists of 40 story twin towers sitting on the North-West edge of the development allowing urban openness to the Gulf waterfront. The floor plates contain 3 to 4 apartments per floor, of different typologies and sizes – ranging from 120 to 220 sqm, bringing the total number of apartments to 212.

The towers have separate lobbies with open sea views and distinct service zones and management spaces. They set on a common two-level Podium and two basements. These levels contain all the services and parking allocations for the residents. Exclusive leisurely amenities including gym with outdoor pool and terrace are located on top of the podium.
