This is a value-add redevelopment project aiming at increasing revenue
through physical and contractual upgrades. AlMutawir acquired this
industrial plot in Al Rai area in February 2020. The floor plan of the building
was revised increasing retail outlets and therefor increasing revenue. In addition, maintenance and management practices of the facility were revised and improved.
The plot is located in Al Rai. It sits on a high traffic road and enjoys 3 street frontages of 90 linear meters, 65 meters of which have direct frontage on the main road.
The plot area is: 1,000 SQM, total BUA is 1,100
SQM, consisting of ground floor and mezzanine.
